We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — which is why we’ve made our Returns & Refunds policy simple, transparent, and customer-first.
✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a wrong or damaged product.

The print or size is different from what you ordered.

There is a manufacturing defect.
Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
📨 How to Request a Return

Email us at support@redvate.in with your Order ID and product photos.

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or replacement.
💳 Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased under clearance or sale categories.

Items that show signs of wear, wash, or damage post-delivery.
