At Redvate, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — which is why we’ve made our Returns & Refunds policy simple, transparent, and customer-first.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.

  • The print or size is different from what you ordered.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.


📨 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@redvate.in with your Order ID and product photos.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or replacement.


💳 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased under clearance or sale categories.

  • Items that show signs of wear, wash, or damage post-delivery.
